The Department of Radiology at Staten Island University Hospital offers a one-year fellowship in breast imaging following the revised curriculum of the American College of Radiology and Society of Breast Imaging.  This fellowship is designed to provide advanced training in all aspects of breast imaging, including diagnostic and screening mammography, digital tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound, breast MRI as well all interventional breast procedures.

This program is run primarily at the Breast Imaging Center located on the North Campus of Staten Island University Hospital.

Application process 

The program will accept one fellow per year through the match process.  We are currently considering applications for the 2025-2026 academic year.  Fellows must have completed an accredited residency in Diagnostic Radiology prior to the start of the program.
